php twitter script problem

I'm trying to use the code here for twitter posting my rss feed:

Webdigity tutorials : Post an RSS feed to twitter

I'm getting this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/twit.php on line 37

Any help is appreciated...
