WP Plugin Licence Authentication Service?

I was doing some research and was toying with the idea of some WP Plugins...

What I was trying to find is a service/system recommendations that allows one to create a premium plugins and control the license (i.e. is it a paying customer, how many sites is it listed on, ect...)

Any Wordpress Ninjas out there that can offer some experience from real world use, and not just a Google search?

Like what do you use to process payments, create membership level, issue api for plugin, handle deactivation if one cancels ect...

There are many options but the two best one's are:

ActivateWP (by my friend Andrew Hunter - ProEFI in the WF)
    This is a plugin.

    also

    WizShield
    This is a service

Thanks for the reply! and your ★ if (!question_exist ('are_you_for_hire'); echo '<"99% Not For Hire">'; ★ made me literally lol...

That's exactly what I was looking for... I also found a few other options on my quest, just in case any one else wants to know.

I found that Yoast stated they use EDD (not to be confused with ED lol) -- which is Easy Digital Downloads, they have an "addon" module for license authentication...

There's also a service SellWp.co that looks like a solid service in their offering departments... but they do charge a percentage of sales, and everything runs through their service... So I'm not sure how it would integrate with a Wordpress CMS option... not saying it won't, just don't know yet.

We have a wordpress plugin (just released) that lets you sell any kind of digital content via WordPress... It's operated as SaaS. The plugin connects to the SaaS server via a REST interface.

The server itself will handle that kind of authorization and authentication, you want it to, but we decided to start simple on the plugin.

If there is significant interest, we could bump that up on our "to do" list and put it into the plugin We call it a "metered service". We're using it for one customer right now, but that was a custom job, not the WordPress plugin. It's working well.

We put our effort into development, so our marketing is just ramping up.

The link to our marketing site is https://aretexsaas.com It gives a general overview of what we do.

I'll be happy to answer any questions here or on our support site at aretex.org.
