css issue with bullets and horizontal line

I am using bullets for each notation and the template adds a horizontal line between each! It's all over the website.
Also I am about to make a gravity form go live, I've been working on the form for a while... testing form
I am not using any bullets with the Name, Email, etc. fields yet it adds a bullet and a horizontal line for each.
Anyone have any code I could use to get rid of this problem?
