PROGRAMMING

Hi there,

We have outlook 2007 and possibly 2013 installed but I think we use 2007....

I think my boss wants to gain access to the employees outlook. Their tasks and contacts and sent mail if possible

How can we do this?

Thanks mate that 2nd link may do the job.

I keep hearing about exchange? But dont know what it is exactly...it sounds very confusing.

Is exchange.... MS outlook exhange? Or is it not an email program?

We have our own server but the email accounts are hosted on a ISP hosting I believe..

That's all I know. So in layman terms what exactly is exchange and is it noob friendly?
