Specialized Optin Form

I need a specialized optin form developed. I am not talking about a landing page or integration with an autoresponder like Aweber, Mailchimp, etc.

I need someone to code a multi-step optin form that is unique to the real estate industry. I need it to work in a Wordpress environment, a plugin would be the most awesome option. It also needs a database to store captured leads.

I have a working sample that I can show to anyone that is interested.

How can I find a resource for this type of development? Thanks!

      Several ways to find a developer:
      -Find someone on the Warrior Forum (ask for recommendations and/or referrals)
      -Elance/Odesk - post the job
      -Craigslist - post an add for a consultant or firm
      -LinkedIn - find a consultant or firm (usually through the groups)

      Be very clear in your details and requirements and find someone who has several examples that are similar using the same web page type.
