Recaptcha vs Nocaptcha (or whatever I should call it)?

Which do you think is better. Their latest "product" which now gives no captcha, just clicking on a spot where says "I am not a robot" or a good old recaptcha where users have to type random words?

    In my opinion the latest version is really good, because it will increase conversion on your website for whatever you need to have it.

    I think no captcha if that's the latest product. I hate having to fill out these things and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Anything to make it easier but also have security is best.
