Theme Problem [fixed]

Hi I am having a few problems with a purchased theme, its a little hard to explain but to briefly summarize it does not update correctly and when on the homepage, or any page in fact you hoover over the admin area in top right hand side, however nothing shows, its just blank.

I am looking for someone who could actually take a look for me, if anyone can take a look for me I will very much appreciate the assistance
