HELP WITH WORDPRESS MULTISITE SPECIAL CONFIG

Each post that you click on their site redirects to a new subdomain. How on earth are they doing this. Its super frustrating that I cannot figure it out - but it is obviously a multisite setup!
Please help i will love you all forever if you do! It is exactly what I need, I just cant figure where to start in regards to having it happen on my site!
..and I doubt they are making new subdomains for each new post manually because for the regularity of their posts something is automatic..
