Seeking Coder/Web Developer for Startup
Looking for a coder/web developer to partner with me for my project capable of building a CMS & site similar to Travel Guides: Vacation Planning Advice, Expert Travel and Traveler Reviews at 10Best.com for a start-up concept similar to City Directory | Citysearch.
I am the owner of a ten year old domain name CityVote.com and am interested in capitalizing on the brand-ability of the domain name to build a site where users can vote for the best cities and the best businesses in cities.

Would prefer an Australian person to partner with so we can meet occasionally in person; however geographical location is not a deal-breaker if you're the best person for this project thanks to technology like Skype.
