Hello Warriors

I just uploaded a site but getting quite a bit of errors. I have many navigation links in my site on the left but many of them are bringing up the following error message:

Not Found

The requested URL /Copywriting-Checklist-to-Success .html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

- My site is named copywritingskills.org. Please look at my site.

The errors: The first three navigation links from the top actually work, but the fourth titled "Copywriting Checklist to Success " through "Copywriting Ways Around Writers Block " are all bringing up the above error. Everything else seems to be working fine.

This is way beyond my technical capability! What are some of the best ways to resolve this dilemma?

Thanks!

Vipul

Did you upload all the pages, and are they linked properly?

Yes, I made sure I uploaded all the pages(FTPed them). As far as being linked properly, when I open up the index file folder on firefox and click through all the navigation links, the pages show up with no problem......

      What else could it be?

The only files coming up with errors seem to be the one's that have a space before the ext.

    Code:

I think I see the problem

Looking at the code... rename the files. EX: Copywriting-Ways-Around-Writers-Block.html - where the space at the end of the file name is removed and correct your HTML to reflect the changes. ...up load again and test.

    Yup, you've found it!

There's an extra space right before ".html" on your links.

Hope that fixes it for you!

I thought I did, but it doesn't seem to be it. I checked the site and it seems the HTML has been corrected, but the pages still aren't loading.

I looked at your site, and the following links are still incorrect:

    Copywriting Checklist to Success

    Copywriting Inspiring Action

    Copywriting Learning How to Advertise

Copywriting Making Your Bullet Points Stand Out

Copywriting Quick Tips to Write Faster

Copywriting Three Rules To Being Persuasive

    Copywriting Ways Around Writers Block
I checked the status bar, and I could tell that there's still space between the last letter of the name and the ".html"

Hmmm... that doesn't seem to be the problem. I tried correcting the links in my browser without the extra space and still get an error...

I think you all have got it right. The reason why it's still showing 404 after you remove the space before .html is because the original file was uploaded with a space in it. Fix it - remove the space from the files on your computer then upload them again. Then fix the links by removing the space.

Thank you all for noting the problem. I have noted the space b/w .html as well then refered back here and saw that you all noticed it too, so we are on the same page.

Even though I am eliminating the spaces I still get an error as well. I will try to save the files so that it would read "last modified" on "7/28", instead of the past date which was "7/17", then try uploading them again. If that don't work, I don't know what else will! Will let you know what happens.....any other insights?

Ok I got it! I had to go through all the files for the pages that had problems and change all the spaces as well as weird characters. Now my site is functioning 100%.
