Help with Hacked site

Hi Guys,

I have an old Joomla site that I hired someone to make 5 years ago. It was brought to my attention that my site has been hacked with spam links promoting viagra on every page.

I can get into the Joomla control panel for my site, but have no idea how to remove these embarrassing links.

Anyone have tips on how to do this?

    its better to have access on cpanel or the server itself. You can't delete these spam pages from inside Joomla control panel.

      Thanks for your reply, Harris.

      I do have access to cpanel but donʻt know where to go from there. If you or anyone that has expertise is able to jump on Skype with me for a few minutes Iʻd appreciate it. Or if it is easy enough to explain here on this thread that would be great too.
