two e-shop, one domain

Hi guys,

I have a question.
can I install two e-shop on one domain? I would like to explain: I would like to install one e-shop that works normally, and secondary e-shop (such: www.mysite.com/shop) just for test purpose only? in e.g. I download a new template for my e-shop and I would like to test it before I install it on my main shop, or in case of some updates etc etc...

is it possible to do that? will I have some permissions problems? I use a2hosting...

    Yes, this can be done very easily. If your home folder is /public_html/, then you would just create a folder in /public_html/ called "test". Then upload your script to /public_html/test/ and you will be able to view it on yourdomain.com/test
