Will Visual Studio 2015 allow me to build Android, iOS and Windows App?

I am hoping to build a project in Visual Studio that I can then use across Android, iOS and the new Windows 10.

I have seen ionic being touted as a possible solution.

Is it possible to do a one code builds all app in Visual Studio 2015?

Visual studio is a windows app for building applications in ASP.NET. Using Visual studio we can create Software applications as well as web applications.

Funnily enough, Microsoft have just announced DNX as part of VS 2015, which relates directly to this:

    DNX Overview — ASP.NET 0.0.1 documentation

Not iOS I think, but Android and *nix as well as windows.
Then you can also use Xamarin, and for some stuff Mono as well
