LP model call out error.

I've tested one of your landing pages ( United States - usa lander3 ) and it seems that there is a conflict within the JS of the page that is preventing the model data to be called out. Screen
It seems that the data is not getting passed dynamically to through the lander's redirection to http://www.1mobile2app.com/jkusa/LP3En/systemnotifications3s.html?brand={brand}&model={mo del}#b
A viable solution would be to pull the data from the initial referring URL of the LP to then pass it dynamically to the final destination URL of the lander.
Im not sure what i have to do to get it to work.. any ideas thank you in advance
