Can you put an optin form WITHIN an email?

That would make solo ads a lot easier if you can put the forms inside HTML emails.

Possible?

    Sure, but why not just go all the way? The email ad is already being sent to a specific email address, so you already have that available. All they have to do is click the button!

    I agree with David Beroff.
    Yes, you can. But it is not advisable and one of the many reasons is, it is not correctly rendered inside different in-boxes provided by different email providers. An email form that renders well inside Gmail may or may not work inside Hotmail, Yahoo or other... etc.etc. Many of the email providers might regard it as Spam. A few antiviruses would even catch such an email as an attempt of email phishing.

      That's what I was going to say. Embedded forms are a MAJOR spammer flag from years back. (and I used to work on MailMarshal data reporting, so I've seem some interesting stuff)

      Also did a project once on the supported text/html/properties for different mail clients, and you wouldn't believe the variation in support for the "standards".
