Need help: my WP and OP site not loading on 15 versions of firefox

My site Ultimate Waistline Makeover is not loading on 12 versions of firefox and 5 versions of chrome. I received a customer complaint and then ran this toolkit

    I can't possibly be the first person with this issue. How can I resolve it? Is there a firefox plugin that makes that browser happy? Maybe I'll go look for one. Any other ideas? I'm at my wits end and can only think to do a reinstall, like a reboot but it's a long process for something that might not be worth it. UGH

      I get a "website coming soon" message and reference to the mojo market place, which tells me you did a quick install.

      There is something in the back end of your wordpress admin panel you need to click to activate your site. I know because I had tried one of these quick installs recently.
