Help with VB6

Hi Everyone, specially to all the VB Guru member. I need some help with my case study in Visual Basic which is to create a program that will convert number (MONEY) into words and also determine the number pieces for each denominations (in peso currency).

I know I am surrounded by programmers here but everyone is busy. I'd appreciate a little help. I know for a VB GURU this can be done in their sleep.
