in-app Affiliate links iOS9
Hello everyone,
I have been working on an app for a while now. For this app I pull thousands of clothing pieces from affiliate networks, and the app creates outfit combinations that look great for the user.
A user can tap on a garment, get a detail view, and if they want, visit the website using an affiliate link.

It was quite a lot of work to get the retention right, and make sure users keep coming back. Right now, that is happening, and I'm seeing some good growth when it comes to active users.
Now comes my next challenge. Getting that first affiliate sale. I provide quite a lot of information in the app about the garments, so when a user chooses to visit the website, I would expect them to already have a purchase in mind. I have however never seen anyone make a purchase.
I'm thinking there could be 2 problems. My sample data is too small, I have registered about 500 clicks to the affiliate stores so far, and there simply hasn't been a sale yet. Or iOS privacy settings is messing with the cookies.
So my question. Has anyone here have experience with affiliate links in iOS, circumvention of iOS cookie policies, etc. And some pointers to help me make sure that affiliate links work?
