Download issues with XsitePro pls help if possible

8 replies
Hi evry1:
I purchased this program on Sunday and have been unable to get it up and running. I have a support ticket going with the staff there but was wondering if anyone else has maybe seen this error that I get when I try to launch it and if so coud you let me know what you had to do to resolve this issue. I use norton 360 and tried disabling the firewall but no luck.

This is the error message I get upon launch:

XSite Pro Version 2.134
DB Version 204
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
XSitePro2
at tv..ctor()
at lr.a(String[] A_0)

I tried it on both my desktop and my laptop with XP and Vista repectively.
Any thoughts on this would really be appreciated.

Thx;
Brian

      His post says he has an open support ticket. Seems to me he just wants to get the program up and running ASAP.

    You are right Kim I do want to get the prrogram going asap. Just thought maybe someone may have had the same issues and could share how they solved this problem without me having to download a remote program to allow them access to my machine as thats where I stand now. Kind of looks like thats going to be the route I'll have to take tho. Thought maybe a techie might have had an idea or two to try.
