Problems integrating new amember license with old wordpress site.

Hi Warriors!

I'm not very technical so any help explained "for tech dummies" would be great lol

I acquired a site in a business deal, a wordpress site with amember software installed to sell memberships on clickbank.

The amember license has run out so I brought a new license and for lack of any contact from amember support I was tying to follow their instructional video to install and integrate the new amember software to my orginal wordpress account with the content I already have in my members file.

The members file was set up with my old wordpress account which was connected to an old outdated amember license from the old owner of this site.

I tried to update the software by first making a backup of the members file, then loging into my old wordpress admin and disabling the old amember plugin.

I then moved across the "upload to wordpress" file to the members file (members > wp-content > plug-ins) as shown in amembers tutorial video to update the software, refeshed the page as instructed and got an error.

I could only then seem to log in to some new wordpress account I didn't know about with non of the content or plug ins I originally had.

So I decided to replace my members folder with the old back up one to try to take it back to the original state where it worked, but now I get this error message when I try to log in at theracingtipsters.com/members/admin/

"Fatal error: Class 'WPCF7_Service' not found in
/home3/money2b/public_html/theracingtipsters.com/members/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/recaptcha.php
on line 3"

I also get an error when I try to view my members area content at theracingtipsters.com/members/ from my old wordpress account:

If anyone knows how to fix this and also get my old wordpress admin account hooked up to the new software license that would be great. I'm also in contact with amember, but they have been very slow at support in experience with them and I know warriors are super fast!

Thanks!

Daniel

I have had contact from amember, it seems there was a problem when I submitted the installation request because I left the form open for a few hours trying to fill it out.

They should be sorting it out within 24 hours, my advice, make a back up of the whole site before you update any software like amember, instead of backing up just files, that was obviously my mistake, I realised as soon as I did it lol
