prosper202 landing page not working

hope to get some help.
a friend install prosper202 on my hosting (hostgator)
i created direct link campaign, works fine.
created landing page campaign, not working.
can it be a problem using hostgator share hosting?
i created word file with screenshot of all my steps, would you mind to take a look and tell me would you mind to loo what are my mistakes?
