How To Rotate Text Ads in the Sidebar?

Wordpress Question.

Is there a simple way to get your text ads to rotate with each page view so each of them will get the same exposure, without a wordpress plug in?

For example if a user visits he would see this in my sidebar:

123.com
random.com
blabla.com
tom.com

But if another user visits (or if the same user refreshes the page) then he will see:

random.com
tom.com
123.com
blabla.com

How can I do this without a plugin?

Use this php code. Just replace ##URL#.COM## with your URL and ##TITLE### with your title for each of the 4 places:

$wmtMenu[] = array("##URL2.COM##", "##TITLE2##");
$wmtMenu[] = array("##URL3.COM##", "##TITLE3##");
$wmtMenu[] = array("##URL4.COM##", "##TITLE4##");

shuffle($wmtMenu);

foreach ($wmtMenu as $wmtItem)
{
?>
<a href="<?php echo $wmtItem[0]; ?>"><?php echo $wmtItem[1]; ?></a><br>

}
?>
