Hi, I just found website like "freelancer.com", "nubelo.com", It is for hire to programmers but I don't have any experience with them.

Somebody has been working with them?

Has WarriorForum some forum for hire to programmers?

Best regards.

My experience with those sites has always been bad. Once I posted a job, had someone give a bid like $500 and then when I explained what I needed (which was exactly what I put in the post) they said, oh, that will cost you $1200. So they never even read my post. Then had one bid that I accepted and after going back and forth for weeks, I found out they were just out sourcing it to someone else for a cheaper price and the hold up was that person.

So be careful with these sites, and never give a milestone until work is complete and you can see the program working. Then trade the money for the files. Most will try to get money up front, don't do that.

I have similar experience as 10xworld
I was both on sides - employee and employer on freelancer.com.
I'm a developer myself but sometimes I needed something out of my game.

In few minutes after posting I got like 50 offers - how do you want to choose from that?
Freelancer.com uses some clever marketing so not the best programmers are on top, but the ones that pays extra.

Anyway generally the rule of the thumb is you get what you pay for. I don't trust in developers who
offer their work for less than $30 an hour. And real pros can take $60 or more . And it's completely
different story working with a real pro. Saving few bucks won't help you.

The best thing is to find one guy after some projects - maybe paid test projects - and stick to him/her if possible. It might be really hard though.

There is literally tons of self called freelancer developers which would work for $5 an hour, but in 99% cases you won't be satisfied.

On the other hand - as an employee and bidding - it's something I hate actually. Cause first rule of IT projects is that requirements change - pretty much always. The job will say A, an then b,c,d will follow.
      Developing, programming is lengthy process.

Also there are no hour long jobs most of the time.
      I don't start a project for under $1000, cause it's just pointless.

I tried Fiver few times for content writers and I think some small programming job.
I deleted account shortly after. It's just full of shit ( mostly ) .

In my opinion Freelancer, Fiver and similar are destroying the craft of coding quite a bit because
of the aggressive freelancer bidding and too many poor programmers.
There are of course top notch freelancers out there, just be prepared to pay.
