Script suggestion please
Hi Warriors,
I'm seeking an alternative to sending sequential emails to customers.
Would you guys please suggest a script that serves as a "customer service" portal where customers
(1) get my messages in an "online inbox" hosted on my site
(2) get "sequential" automated messages in that online inbox
(3) can only send me/admin messages (and not to other customers)?
The reason I seek this is that some customers get my emails, others get them sent to "spam".
So, I want to eliminate email all together, and have a "virtual email inbox" on my site where they can log in, and see what I've written them - except I send them sequential messages as well as "regular" messages to answer any questions they have.
