Is my Rewritico only a dream?

My first time submitting a thread to this section of the forum. Hope to get an honest opinion and answer to an idea that I've been thinking about for quite some time. I could've hired a developer and pay to do the same thing, but here's the problem. My colleague freelancers who are in development business would probably say, everything can be done. Let's do it. Let's give it a try. What's the point of investing $1,000 in an idea, if you're going to end up earning no more than $500 with your app. Right?

So, here it is. I know that any idea can be transformed into an app, but the catch is to do effectively and for a reasonable amount of time and money. I have been thinking about a rewriting tool or an app. I even got a name for it - Rewritico. Now, I know that there quite a few similar tools and apps out there. But, I know where and why they fail. As a content writer, I have rewritten millions of words by now, literally. I know how the rewriting process works inside and out. I know what you need to do and how to write so you come up with the acceptable new and original content that it will be accepted and approved by both Copyscape and Google.

Now, I need to find a developer or developers I can hire or team up with. I know how the rewriting process works and they know how to make it work in a program or app or whatever. I know how to rearrange the order of words the right way. So, imagine that you as a developer are approached by a writer. He shows you how to manipulate the sentences. You need to write a code, so the program executes these commands. If there's a guy to show you to structure the rewriting job, would you say, this is enough for me to build an app for rewriting?

My Rewritico is supposed to work in the following way. You copy/paste text or you upload a word doc. You press a button, and you get a rewritten text. Now, this is what most of the existing rewriting tools do. Yet, what you get as a result is a text that either sounds awkward in English or a text that can't pass Copyscape. I think I know a way to fix these problems. Also, I would like to include additional features in Rewritico. For example, the new text would be automatically checked with Grammarly. I would write to Grammarly and offer a way to attract new customers who would use my app. Also, this app would be integrated with Copyscape. No need of reinventing the wheel. Right? Maybe, at the later stages, we could develop a genuine plagiarism and grammar tool, but at the beginning, this should be enough.

I don't know how much information you need from the technical point of view. In order to be treated as an original text, you can't allow a repetition of three consecutive words in order. That's the catch. Now, to ensure that a new text sounds naturally in English, you need a little bit more than that. But, I honestly believe this is also something you can achieve with the solutions I'm suggesting. Is it hard to write a program that manipulates the words within a sentence? Are there any databases or dictionaries we can use, so you don't have to build the whole thing from the scratches?

Regarding the commercial potential of this app, I think it's indisputable and quite obvious. Yet, I'm concerned about the technical side of the whole story. I'm afraid it's going to be too expensive or too complicated. That's why I need an expert's opinion in this. Thank you for your time. I'm looking forward to getting some useful opinions and suggestions.
