after WP upgrade my site is all black with an arrow

So I upgraded to the newest WP 4.7.2 (I will never upgade again). My site now is black with an up/down arrow at the top of the page.

Then I downgraded to my old version 4.1.8 and still have the same problem. I deactivated all plug-ins, nothing changed.

I will add an image below. All my articles are still there and are fine when looking at them in edit mode. But every page is black with the arrow.

Any clues?
