Its CVS file. Do you think it is better to open it in Access instead?

    Hi,

Simply ask that same question on YouTube and you'll get many videos showing you how to do it.

I just checked and there are pages of them.

    1. Select the range of cells you wish to test. One way to do so is to click on a single cell and then press Ctrl-A.

    2. On Excel's Home tab, choose Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells Rules, and then Duplicate Values.

    3. Click OK within the Duplicate Values dialog box to identify the duplicate values.

    4. Duplicate values in the list will now be identified.

Or If you are searching for particular word or text then Simply, ctrl + f.
