using adtarcks software with secure https thank you page

I am still learning about internet marketing and ran into a problem.
I am setting up this ad tracking software called adtrackz. I am trying to track a sale, but my thank you page is secure. This software will not track a sale with a cookie because the page is https.
Is there any way to fix this https cookie problem?
How does google analytics solve the conversion tracking with a secure thank you page (https)
Is there better software to be using for tracking sales?
What are your thoughts on prospect 202? I am trying to set that up tonight to compare them.
