HELP, site does not load for me,loads for others

You need to contact the webhost. Sounds like your IP address is blocked. If you don't know your IP address go to: myIPaddress.com: What is my IP address? How do I find my IP address? you should include that information when you contact them.

Your IP address can be blocked by your webhosting company when you have made too many errors trying to access your own site. This is quite common.
The Webhosting Company thinks you are a "hacker" because you've inputted the information username and password wrong too many times.

Get in touch with them and explain that you cannot access your site. Give them your ip address - look at the previous post to find this out.

They, your web hosting company, will either remove the block for you, or make you wait until the required period (usually 5 days) then they remove the block from your computer (ip address)

If you can see the site from someonelses computer, you can log into cpanel from that computer too, then you can log onto your webmail and retreive your emails too.
You need to find your original email from your webhosting co, copy and paste the details from that to access your cpanel account.

Hello Warriors I'm also having the same problem with one of my site.

The problem is most of the time related to routers that are not up to date to accept connections from all sources. This has happened numerous times where with the same IP address, the person is able to take their laptop to another place on a different network and get onto sites. To find out if all access points in the world are actually up, you can go here:

host-tracker.com

and enter the url of the site that you are trying to access. Hosts usually set filters for requests to a server to dump the connection if a server is excessively pinged from one IP to prevent flood attacks on a server. Yes, this is normal, but it does not happen if people make a single request at a time. By seeing that all access points show uptime, it is the ISP that is dumping the connection to the network that your home is on.

I have seen this numerous times. The host cannot control which access points are allowed to feed data to a network in a particular area. It can be extremely frustrating, but there is a way to trace back if you have the IP address of the server that the sites are on. Go get a program called WinMTR and trace from your computer to the IP of the server and you will see exactly where the packet loss is.
