How do you embed aff link in u-tube?

Greetings from a techno-challenged Warrior (to be);

An affiliate product that I want to promote has a u-tube vid that I want to use on my WP site. How do you embed my aff id into the video so I would get credit for the sale?

    depending on if you're allowed to edit the video or not. Download the video using a youtube downloader. Google it. Open it in your fav video editing software and drop your affiliate link in as a caption during the whole video. Keep the link simple so people don't make typos. Then repost the video. If this isn't allowed by the affiliate provider then you need to keep looking for another method. I'll keep you posted if I run into something that might work.

    I believe he meant having the link as a watermark or an annotation (though that would be ugly). Either of those would work.

    However, you'd better make sure you're not violating your affiliates TOS by altering the video in that manner.
