IIS or Apache for Coldfusion

I'm newbie. I hope some Coldfusion expert can help me here.

I'm using Coldfusion. I don't host any web site yet.

Which HTTP server or web server should I prefer for Coldfusion? Internet Information Services or Apache?

Or should I just use Built-in Server first for practise, and then only choose IIS or Apache when I'm ready to host the web.

    The web server does not matter when talking about ColdFusion. What you need to look for is a hosting provider that offers a ColdFusion server. I have never used a service provider that offered a ColdFusion option, but I am certain they are out there somewhere. In this instance Google and other peoples experience will be most helpful.
