Instead of going to my "Thank You" page, they get a 404 error after opt-in?? Help needed!
Good morning!
I've got several websites set up with the same Wordpress theme & on every single one of them, folks are getting a "404 Error" page when they opt-in instead of seeing my "Thank You" page.
I use 1ShoppingCart to set up the form code & insert it in the sidebar widget section.
I create a 'private' "Thank YOu" page in my Wordpress site & make sure the correct page url is in the form code....and yet, instead of going to that page, visitors always end up at a 404 Error page after opt-ing in.
Anyone know why or where I should begin to get it fixed? One of my sites is listed in my signature line- you're welcome to try it out for yourself.
