Wordpress Cron or Server Problem

Hey Everyone, I have a problem with some of the plugins out there that use WP Cron to post to sites. I have 8 servers, Liquad Web, Hostgator and a Dotster server. I have Wordpress installs on all of them. I am running some of the Plugins Like WP videotube, WP Answers, WP-o-matic and others that run WP Cron.
These Plugins Cron and Post on all of the servers But the Dotster server. This is my Problem. What is Not turned on on the Dotster Server that would cause this or what is blocking it.

Here are the facts; Yes I have tested Clean installs of WP 2.8.6 on all, No I am not running any other plugins while testing, No I am not running any other themes while testing, Yes I have check and Cron is running on the Server, Yes I have tested and cron is running on the WP sites, Yes I have contacted the Plugin owner and got no answer to this, Yes I think I have tried all settings and still nothing.
What could be causing this On the Dotster Server ONLY??? Any Help would be great...

    Sounds like something you should be talking to dotster about.... Do they have CURL enabled?

    Do scheduled posts work in wordpress?

    You havent mentioned the url in question you are having problems with; If you have ssh access, what happens from the following (you may need to install curl first);

    curl --head http://www.yoursite.com/wp-cron.php

    I could be wrong, but i dont think wpomatic uses wp-cron; if you setup a cronjob as detailed int he instructions what is shown in your syslog?

    Do you actually see the wp-cron request in your httpd access|error log? [/wp-cron.php?check=HASHKEY]
