Theres lots of ways to track links at any location..... what are you using to send the email letters out?

If your using aweber you can do it automatically i beleive when you create the followup; I seem to recall getresponse had to option to as well.....

If neither, can you give some more information into your setup?

Eight bytes walk into a bar. The bartender asks, “Can I get you anything?”
“Yeah,” reply the bytes. “Make us a double.”

Depends which mailing service / software you're using.

Most of the big players - aWeber, GetResponse and Mailchimp - should offer the ability to integrate Google Analytics into email newsletters, meaning you can see click-through statistics in Analytics.

I say most, as I've only used Mailchimp in any great detail for this sort of thing.

Just a thought, may not be what you want.. you can use URL shortening services, like bit.ly and they will report the number of clicks.. that is easiest way if you do not own your own website.. shortened URLs may not look too good though

One way you can get around this is use custom URL shortner software for your email list. Like bit.ly or similar it has stats feature. You can get stats that way.
