Need help on how to whois a list of url

I am working on a list of url from google search in a niche. Do you know how to get the contact info e.g. contact name, email address of about 1,000 urls?

And do you if there is any tool to find out the alexa ranking of a list of web sites and export the result to txt or excel?

    Why do you want their contact information?

    Don't do anything naughty naughty!

    I just use betterwhois if a client of mine wants to purchase a specific domain name, but I don't think there is one for multiple domains at a time.

    Thanks everyone to save me from trouble.

    My intention is to contact the website owner/managers and workout some possible partnership.

    I did not know contact them at their whois info will get me into trouble. Now I think twice.

    Well the question here is how to contact them effectively and legally in a massive scale?

    Is there a online database or list brokering service available?

    Do your research, find their contact email publicly displayed or contact them via their support desk. Thats the only 'safe' way to do what you are asking.

      Glad your not heading that direction.

      I would agree with electrobooks that you have to do some research. Their website is a good start to get their contact info and most of them do have that. There must be a good reason if it's not there.

      If you would like to do it in mass, perhaps a virtual assistant might help.

        yeap I think your solution works really well. Another way I can think of is to subscribe to their newsletter and get the updated contact information.

        Just wondering if there is a way to quickly subscribe to a massive list of newsletter in the niche.
