Adtrack help!!! 500 internal error??

hi warriors,

I have tried contacting adtrackz 4 times now and no reply, there customer service is CRAP!

Anyhow, I installed adtrackz, install went great, no problems....then i went to create a tracking link etc. Copy/paste the new url into browser to test it and I got 500 internal error?

what do you think my prob is? Permisson codes?

initially my chmod files were 777 but would'nt work, so now it's at 755 and fine, still not sure what is going on.

I am not that confident with all of this, very basic so if you can help me, that would be so so helpful!

    Although I don't know Adtrackz I would suggest looking into the web server logfiles to see which error has occured because it should normally be written to this log.

    In most cases 500 internal error is due to a .htaccess file problem. Try to delete the .htaccess file and try again
