Subscribing visitors to multiple newsletters

Does anyone know of an email marketing provider that allows visitors to be subscribed to multiple newsletters at once?

Ideally, I need a system that will let people choose any combination of my 3 newsletters. Once they sign up I would prefer if they only got one confirmation email.

Is this possible?

    Yes, I also think so. If there is such that service, it is a spammer.

      Actually I don't think it's a spam issue. Rodale Press uses a system like this for their health related newsletters. There has to be a sign up system that will let folks opt-in to more than one list at a time and sends one single confirmation.
