    It would really help a lot if you described your project, schedule, budget, if there are limitations on the technology choices, etc. Otherwise, your quest might be like looking for a piece of string that's long enough.

      My Budget Its No More Than $500
      and its also only if i need to pay that much. but again my project its not that big. its a little twitter tool i cant say more then this here. if you looking for more details and you interested so please send a PM

        fyi: Twitter is hammering just about every third party app. They've closed down twitseeker and huitter last time I checked. And they shut me down for using yet another tool that I won't mention, although they didn't close down the site itself.

    I've been receinving tons of pitches form India and the Phillines about low cost programmers - (of course) you do get what you pay for some times. They stated (truth or ability is questionable) that they could do this type of programming - pm me and I'll forward the e-mail I received - if you want it.
