Looking for an experience developer

I am looking for an experienced developer to clone a popular site... Some of the features of the site are:

-Membership
-User profile & functions (photo upload, reviews, blog, forum, Q&A, etc)
-Advertising/Media kit
-Affiliate program
-Affiliate product and banner links from various soures
-Feeds from various news, articles, books, etc. sources
-Advance SEO

      Since there are new online trends all the time, I'm leaning towards the first interpretation. Just fill out your profile, and your spouse will be yours within a week.

    FYI - if I were you - I'd take a good look at Drupal - it's perfect for this sort of thing. You'll save a bunch of time. I've had a look at 'Buddypress' which seems to be ok as well.

    If you use something like that, you'll have 80% of what you need 'out of the box'. Make sure you get someone who uses that. If you have problems, you can easily find another team to do the work.
