What affiliate program script?

I'm looking for suggestions for an affiliate program script to run on my website. My service I provide is offline, as are payments after the service is complete. I need a script that will track my affiliates clicks, but as there will be no checkout at the end how can I track "sales"? Should I provide a checkout with a cost of $0 to provide the tracking?
All suggestions for a solution and scripts appreciated.

    If you do not sale anything online and just want to learn visitors with your offer maybe it would be better to pay per click to your partners? Then you may just count traffic they send you.

      Thanks, 've had a search all over the forum but have yet to find anything that will provide a solution for tracking offline leads.
      One possibility I thought of was if the affiliate signs up and gets allocated a user id. This user id is then passed from the banner ad or text link to a further info/contact page as a reference number for the caller to quote when calling.
      So:
      affiliate signs up and is given affiliate id 1127
      something like mydomain.com?affid=1127 is included in the banner link which links to a page that somewhere has "please call xxxxx xxxxxx quoteing reference 1127"
      Could something like this be possible or currently be available?

    How much money is involved per transaction and/or volume of clients per affiliate? I ask because it would be easy and just a couple bucks a month to provide each aff rock solid data of how many leads made contact with you... sign up with Kall8.com or similar (that's who I've used for years) and pay like $2 a number per month... each aff gets their own number; but they all route to you.

    Get it?

    So all calls still reach you, but each aff. has a different phone number on their banner / site / card / whatever. At least do it for your heavy hitters and they will be very happy (as everybody knows no customers remember or care about 'reference #1127).
