How/ Where to search people with indepth Web Security knowledge?

Hi Warriors,

I am scouting for people who are good at web security. I have a company that is in stealth mode. We are looking for some senior level web security people who can deliver a great work. We are trying to put together a team of web security experts who are serious about encryption and algorithms and such.

Well, we don't know where to find such people. Help!!

    This might sound crazy, but try looking for seasoned hackers on irc. Within those groups you will likely find one or two people who are there just to see what exploits are being discussed.

    Security experts get their experience from exploiting security holes and then learning how to prevent them, so naturally many have extensive knowledge in how to hack and will likely be in close connection with malicious hackers.

    Find the hackers, you'll find your true security experts.
