Displaying WordPress Recent Post on a Static Site

Anyone know if its possible to display the recent post from a Wordpress site on a static page or site?

Any tips appreciated...

      It could be a php page I suppose.

      I'm not sure what code to put in there though. I looked though the wordpress code ( where you edit them) but couldn't figure it out.

      I'm not an expert PHP coder, just know a few basics.

    Another alternative is to use a "RSS to HTML" script and add that into your HTML page and it will pull from the WP RSS feed showing your most recent posts.

      I couldn't get those two options to work for me.

      The php gave me errors.

      With RSS2Html it does work in a seperate web page, but doesn't explain how to add it to a page.

      Actually what I want to do is to list just the titles of the articles that are linked to the original articles. ( maybe a short description)
