How to Upload Newsletters/PDF's? (And A Few Other ???'s)

Hello there .
I was just wondering how it is that you upload pdfs up "into" your website, meaning that when someone clicks a link the download begins?

Another quetion .

Wasn't sure if this should be posted here but I just didn't want to make another thread somewhere else (besides I don't know where else to put it....

anyways...

How do you make Autoresponders auto send emails IF someone is on the list.... (well this is obvious just gime a sec tho...i kinda know how to do it and i sure can learn...) AND IS PAYING.... to be on it (make a new email/autoresponder that people have to sign up to after paying?

And how do I make sure that if they STOP paying that they are OFF the list? Can i automate that too?

I hope so Let me know (I'm pretty sure u can... WELL OBVIOUSLY you can... since so many people are doing it but HOW?

EDIT: another quick question , what would be the best program to create a newsletter/ebook PDF... I have Open Office that was suggested to me, however I am not entirely sure (pretty sure it doesn't matter but the end consumer's satisfaction is my goal here so even a tiny detail like this COULD make a difference

Also.... how does one go about making the terms of service and or saying that if they reproduce it or wtv they give me money (lawfully) (guess its called sueing?? hehe ) anyways i just dont want it going around the web for free obviously...
I WOULD swipe a copy from someone or something but I don't know if i should just do it or anything without consent... So im kinda asking if someone would like to give me theirs i could maybe base mine off of?

Or simply swipe and change a few things here and there?

Also... how many posts or wtv do i have to do so that I can make a WSO? and do i have to pay to put UP a WSO?
