Inserting Script In Wordpress?

Hi everyone


I need someone to show me how to insert a banner rotator
script in a wordpress blog. I already have the script, but
I just can't figure out how to insert it, where I want it.


I have put a test blog up at:
Rodericks Place


I want to add the script between the header and the menu bar


If anyone can show me how to do this and give me a price,
please let me know

    Yep, in your admin control panel, just go to Appearence > Themes (Editor).

    You should find an interface that lets you edit your theme files. Locate header.php and find the code corresponding to your menubar, and insert your banner script just above it - likely your script has instructions that you should follow.

    It's possible that the admin interface doesn't let you edit your files because they don't have write permissions, in which case you should use a FTP or cpanel login to set them to permission 777 (on linux servers, not sure about windows hosting).

      Forget about editing theme files you may mess it up! go to your WP dashboard, goto add plugin and search for "header-footer" from the list of plugins presented look for header-footer and click install

      alternatively go here download the header-footer plugin to your hard drive, goto your dashboard goto add plugin, upload the plugin from your hard drive click install.

      Now read the instruction and insert your code into the plugin and you are away.
