I'm Looking to Hire

I will be using a special directory on my blog for which I found a plug-in that will do the job. But I am hesitant to rely on it in the event sometime down the road, the plug-in is no longer supported, or for whatever reason just fails. This is far too critical to rely on someone's plug-in. I also need a few features the plug-in does not have.

So, I would like to have something developed for my own use.

Anyone out there in warriorland that can help? I need it ASAP.
