best place for sitemap creation?

PROGRAMMING

I need a sitemap for my site. I noticed there are a lot of sites that will autocreate one for you. Are these reliable? What's the best site to use?

One more question. How often do you have to update your sitemap? I add on average 5 new pages per day. Should I do this daily?

I'm a fan of GSiteCrawler it is free and will create sitemaps.
