Guide to uninstalling Joomla

I have joomla on a client server and some how the install got corrupted. So I am getting errors etx..

How do I uninstall joomla since I did not use a automated tool like fantastico to install it?

    Just use an FTP utility and remove the files from the server. You will also want to get rid of the database associated with the installation.

    reuploading all the files again overwriting the old ones & in the installation screens at the database step just check "delete existing tables' also does the job right....
    and this is a way to avoid getting into phpMyAdmin to drop the existing tables inisde the database, or delete tha db & needing to recreate it (most ppl get scared by it... its UI is dam` ugly anyway )
