looking someone to me a website

Hi

"rapiworkers.com" doesn't evaluate as a valid URL, I'm thinking you probably mean "rapidworkers.com".

Both of these are fairly ambitious projects, my first thought would be to do it with Joomla and Community Builder.

What sort of a budget and time frame do you have for this?

@desp12 TheSecondLink which you have provided is not working at my end anyways can you please provide me more information about the project..? means what types of functionality do you want etc... after listening all the requirements I will provide you the complete solution for this.....

its a type of website where people can make short task, like signup in a website, poste a thread in a forum and get paid like between $ 0.1 - 1.00 per task.

its a type of cpa website.

So you are looking for making a site like shorttask.com or microworkers? I think it will cost you minimum 300-500 USD to get it done. Previously I find some scripts which works in the same way microworkers does. But not remembering it. I hope some others can help you finding that if you are looking for a cheaper alternate..

yeah, the price should be between that range unless you're lucky to find someone who offer less.

I'd have a look at Drupal - that should do most of what you need. Costs will vary from $500 to $5000, depending on how many corners get cut and where in the world you get it done. Elance is good for this sort of project.

You can ask for designer to bid on a job like this. I've used ScriptLance.com Custom Freelance Programming. Outsource web projects to programmers and designers. for several projects and got excellent results for a very reasonable price. In fact I had one designer agree to design a church web site for free. The work was top notch and was done in just a few hours. Check that web site out!

You will be needing a designer and a programmer for this project.
There's a lot of providers who are offering this kind of service. An outsourcing company or a freelancers would be a great help.

A Pro. would have to help you...try finding a freelancers becoming friends with him and then talking him into helping you with this..cheapest way otherwise go with a Pro Designer(check my signature for one that I recommend..only way I could post URL) so at least you know it is done right.

Well i also think you should not aim for all the features at the first go,first of all takeup a popular CMS like joomla and develop some basic features of the website you want to clone.once you are done with that you can always update it at regular intervals.but if you will aim for all at one go you will get bogged down since you lack experience.
