i am looking for a good affiliate program that will allow me to build a membership site with re-occuring bulling via paypal and will pay commissions on the sale and each payment.

i have looked at post affiliate and affiliate pro.

if anyone knows of a good one that is free or decent priced please let me know.

    Login Frequency Marketing is probably one of the best membership/affiliate scripts around, it is user friendly and has a great deal of tools with it that you can use. You can get a single site license for $297. Dirt cheap for the quality of work you are going to get.

    Post Affiliate Pro is great but personally I prefer NATS (by Too Much Media), although it can get pretty pricey...but it's the best. Nothing is better and probably never will be. [Can't post links yet so just google: too much media nats]
