Does anyone know how to do this? I need an optin so I can build a list to sell to visitors if they don't buy after clicking through to the order form..

are you wanting like a opt-in form to pop up if they leave the site with out buying or are you just wanting a opt-in form for anyone that comes to the site in general.

i personally would opt for the general one and do so by giving away a free ebook or something for people joining.

use a company like aweber or get response to handle the opt in mailings and they will generate you a form to use.

Are you wanting them to opt-in to your form, then be directed to the clickback buy page?

If so, just use an autoresponder (aweber, getresponce, whatever) and have them redirect to the clickback cart after they signup. Checkout: Bypassing ClickBank Merchant’s Butt Ugly Sales Page (be sure the merchant is ok w/ you bypassing their sales page)

Make it so your autresponder "subscribe" button says somethign like "buy now - Step 1". The clickbank page kinda will be step 2.
